PAYMENT
AND DELIVERY

ReCreations offers convenient payment terms, including 180-day same-as-cash or 120-day layaway with 20% down and 20% each month thereafter. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

A 50% deposit is required when an order is placed, with the remainder due upon delivery. If the order is delivered by a commercial carrier, final payment is due prior to delivery.

ReCreations keeps you informed about the status of your order. When your order arrives to us, our delivery team will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Items selected in our store or distribution center may be delivered within a week for clients in Middle Tennessee. Deliveries are made three days a week, including evenings and Saturdays. Deliveries made throughout the continental U.S. by a commercial carrier will take longer.

If requested by a client, we offer free storage for merchandise for up to 30 days.

ReCreations collects state sales tax on all items sold and delivered in Tennessee. For residents of other states, please consult your own local and state laws for a “Use Tax” which may be levied on your purchase.
